Facez of Joy is more than face painting, it is the Gospel in action through the joyful hearts and willing hands of children. What began with the simple "yes" of a 9-year-old girl who desired to serve at a church community event has become a ministry touching the lives of children and families wherever God sends us. What seemed like a small act of obedience became a divine calling. God took the heart of one child and began painting a much bigger picture, one filled with joy, hope, love, and His presence. Facez of Joy exists because we believe children are not too young to serve God. They are not waiting for tomorrow to make an impact, they are making one today.

Rooted in the Fruit of the Spirit

Our ministry is founded on Galatians 5:22:

"But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness..."

These aren't simply words we believe; they are the heartbeat behind every smile we share, every brushstroke we paint, and every child we encounter. Our mission reaches far beyond creating beautiful face art. Every child who sits in our chair is met with kindness, encouraged with love, and reminded that they are wonderfully created by God. Because every face painted represents something much greater than artwork.

It represents a child being loved, valued, seen, and reminded that they are precious in the eyes of their Heavenly Father.

That is the heart of Facez of Joy.

We don't simply paint faces, we speak life, spread joy, build confidence, and create moments where children experience the love of Jesus in a tangible way.

The paint eventually washes away.

The smile may fade.

But the love of God they experience has the power to remain in their hearts forever.

Sometimes the greatest ministry begins with something as simple as sitting in a chair, sharing a laugh, hearing words of encouragement, and leaving knowing someone cared. We believe joy opens hearts, kindness breaks barriers, and love points people to Jesus.

Kids Serving Kids

This is what makes Facez of Joy unlike any other face painting ministry or business.

We are a ministry where kids serve kids. As young people use their gifts to bless others, they are also growing into compassionate leaders, humble servants, and bold followers of Christ. They are learning that ministry isn't reserved for adults, it belongs to anyone willing to say yes to God. For 1Timothy 4:12 says do not let anyone despise your youth. When children see other children serving with confidence, excellence, and joy, something powerful happens. They begin to believe that God can use them too.

Facez of Joy isn't simply raising young artists. We're helping raise a generation of Kingdom-minded children who understand that serving others is one of the greatest ways to reflect the heart of Jesus.
